meshbook

Cost-plus pricing. No surprises.

A monthly subscription, anchored on what we actually pay to host the platform plus a 20% margin. No per-seat add-ons. No engagement metrics dressed up as features. No data selling.

Parent / child meshes for organisations

  • Everything in Mesh, sized to at least 3 units (9 meshes, 36 members, ~72 GB)
  • Parent / child mesh structures: create org-wide meshes with inherited membership across departments, projects, or teams
  • Automatic member inheritance — parent-mesh members are auto-recognised across every child mesh, no re-invitation
  • Org-level admin tools and a single billing account for all child meshes
  • Priority response during onboarding (small team, best-effort but front of the queue)

Each additional unit = +3 meshes, +12 members, +storage slice. Growth is linear and visible.

Dedicated infrastructure for orgs that need it

  • Everything in Pro
  • Dedicated VPS — your meshbook instance on its own server, in your choice of AU region
  • SSO via Authentik — wire your existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
  • Custom branding — your logo and brand colours in the platform UI and on the login card
  • Email integration — inbound mail linked to leads, tasks, and events; configurable retention
  • Calendar integration — two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365

Enterprise features roll out through 2026 — the dedicated-server and SSO foundations land first; email and calendar integrations follow as we hear what you actually need. Manual onboarding by arrangement, no self-serve checkout.

What every paid unit covers — and what it doesn't

Included

  • Three meshes, twelve distinct members, one storage slice
  • Hosting on shared infrastructure
  • Daily backups, retained 30 days
  • Reasonable maintenance: bug fixes, security patches, dependency updates
  • Email aliases under [email protected] on request

Not included

  • Indefinite concierge support — we are a small team
  • Custom integrations or one-off feature builds
  • Formal SLA guarantees (we are best-effort)
  • Training your team on how to use the platform
  • Hosted inference, token reselling, or LLM-provider integrations. Use your own AI tools alongside meshbook — meshbook is the CRM and collaboration surface, not the inference layer.

Why subscription, not one-time

We started with a one-time-payment design and walked it back. The honest reason: hosting, backups, security patches, and ongoing development are recurring costs, and a one-time fee dressed those up as solved. Either we'd silently stop investing, or we'd ratchet up new-mesh pricing while pretending old meshes were "paid forever". Neither is a story we want to tell.

A monthly subscription priced at our actual cost basis plus 20% aligns the incentives where they belong: we keep the platform healthy, you pay only for what you actually use, and if either side walks away there's no awkward cleanup. Stack a unit when you need one. Drop one when you don't. Your data is yours either way.

Australian-owned. Australian-hosted. Australian-operated.

meshbook is built and run by Diamond11, an Australian-registered small business. Your platform data stays in Australia — hosted in Brisbane, with backups also in-country. We operate under Australian law and answer to Australian regulators.

  • Hosted in Brisbane — BinaryLane VPS, AU region.
  • Backups in Australia — 30-day rolling, same region.
  • Owned in Australia — Diamond11, AU-registered ABN.
  • Operated under AU law — Privacy Act 1988, Australian Consumer Law.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their global compliance regime — your card details live on Stripe's servers, not ours. Everything else stays here.
